Dialectical Behavioral Therapy "Lite" Group
DBT was originally developed for folks with Borderline Personality Disorder - if you have this diagnosis, or many features of this diagnosis, DBT is likely a good fit for you. DBT is also an effective therapy for people struggling with several of the following:
Intense Emotions | Impulsive Behavior | Self-harm Urges/Action |
Feelings of emptiness or lacking sense of self | Difficult, Unstable, or Volatile Interpersonal Relationships
DBT is a skills based group, focused on teaching skills in each of the modules below:

Mindfulness and Dialectics
Currently, DBT group runs from 11am - 12:30pm on Mondays. New members are accepted at the beginning of each module. Each module lasts approximately 8 weeks, and the DBT program in total is approximately 6 months. Please reach out if you feel that DBT would be a good fit for you, and I will provide further information, resources, and a timeline on when you can anticipate being added to the group.
FEES:
DBT Group, 90 minutes - $50/week
